We
offer supply of titanium bars produced either from customers’ materials or
from our own titanium ingots. Titanium bars can be supplied or produced in
following grades - VT1-0, VT1-00 and titanium alloys OT4, OT4-0, OT4-1, VT3-1,
VT5-1, VT6, VT6S, VT8, VT9, VT14, VT16, VT18, VT18U, VT20, VT22, VT23, VT25,
PT1M, 2V alloy, PT3V, PT7M, alloys 14, 19, 27, alloy 37, 40; 5V alloy, alloys
TC5, TC6, AT3, AT6; as well as ASTM Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 5, Ti6Al-4V.
Our
metallurgical plant intakes customers’ raw materials for production of
titanium bars, titanium bar by melting titanium ingots and their further
working into hot rolled titanium bars, forged titanium bars, titanium machined
bars.
Titanium
ingots manufactured at our mill are supplied for further production of
titanium bars to industrial enterprises in Ukraine CIS countries, Europe, Asia.
Among
our Ukrainian partners is JSC “Sumy Frunze NPO” who produced for us
titanium bars VT1-0, VT6, ASTM Grade 1, Grade 2, as well as titanium-machined
bars, titanium forged bars, titanium tube billets from our titanium ingots.
Then from titanium forged bars we get machined bars or titanium tube billets
for reworking it into titanium seamless tubes or titanium pressed tubes.
Another
partner of FIKO Ltd in production of titanium bars is Dneprospetsstal (DSS)
who also makes titanium hot-rolled bars, titanium forged bars ASTM Grade-1;
Grade-2; Grade-3, Grade-4 и
ASTM Ti6Al/4V; Grade-5.
The
technology of manufacture of titanium bar GOST VT6, ASTM Grade-5, Ti6Al/4V
from titanium ingots melted by electron-beam method was developed together
with Dnepropetrovsk University professor O.M. Shapovalova.
Taking
into account the international globalization of titanium industry we are
cooperating with numerous companies of Japan, South Korea, China, EU, America
in the field of reworking titanium ingots into titanium bars.
Our
company takes orders for production of titanium bars with minimum order
quantity 500kg for one size and 2000kg totally.
Lead
time depends on order quantity and required grade of titanium material.

where the mechanical properties and chemical composition are indicated.
Titanium
forged bars can be manufactured without guaranteed mechanical properties.

which can be 100% prepayment – for supplies under 500kg, or irrevocable
letter of credit if order quantity exceeds 500 kg, from two warehouses – in
Kiev, Ukraine and Rotterdam, the Netherlands, by air, truck or sea container.
In case of small quantities – courier services like TNT, DHL, FedEX.
